I had the unique opportunity to help paint a tiny part of this wonderful 85’ Altadena wall mural created by Austin Scott, celebrating the spirit & beauty of Altadena after the horrendous Eaton Fire of Jan 2025. The wall features several historic buildings plus lovely imagery of local flora and fauna…so much whimsy & cheerfulness!

While in Detroit, we went to #pewabic !! A slice of tile-making heaven for me. Drying tile, stacks o molds, big kilns, presses and classrooms. Just back from St George, Utah at #clayconwest. Delightfully ensconced in clay people, talking and thinking about ceramics!! Shown are a few treasures brought home.
